Please help me identify this!

This bracket/vacuum thing is bolted under my ignition coil. I know there is a wiring harness that snaps into the top female electrical connector but what i do not know is if the bottom male piece is supposed to get a vacuum line???

Please feel free to throw any 2 cents in on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I dont know if this is the proper term, but I think
its the EGR solenoid. The vacuum fittings attach to
the EGR valve on the intake manifold and one to
the vacuum ports on the intake plenum.

There is a electrical connector breaks off
the main harness that wraps around and
behind the engine.

I just left mine hidden, dangling out of the way.

TPI is correct.

Nothing gets attached to that nipple between the prongs. There is actually supposed to be some foam/filter there.

So it's ok to just leave it as it is? There was a trace of some foam there but not enough to filter it.

Thanks for the info guys!!!
