Problem with inspection and

I just got my car inspected today, and basically.. I need it passed today as well. It failed with a few notes, and I'm wondering if I could get any advice from anyone here. As far as what the inspection looks like..:

The car has been sitting for 10 years, so I'm sure things are a bit nasty from sitting. My only guess of what I can do to fix this is to get fuel injector cleaner and putting a good 2 deals into it, and running it like CRAZY. I'm thinking that might fix up the first 2 problems, as well as parts of the last Nox(ppm). Then I'm probably going to clean or get a new EGR to fix the last problem. I know you guys don't know much about the car itself, as you can't be there to see it, but does this sound like it might pass the car at all? Thanks

And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong thread, as I was confused where to put it. Please relocate if needed.

EDIT: sorry... I forgot ot post the picture xD

Re: Problem with inspection and

your not that far off on HC & CO, so it can make it hard to guess what the problem is.
first you need to check for codes, im pretty sure you'll have a 32, EGR problem. you probably have a bad EGR valve, bad solenoid, or the passages are clogged up. i would recommend replacing the solenoid if you replace the valve, if its not bad now it probably will be soon.
next you need to scan it & see what the reading are. make sure its getting up to operating temp & not getting too hot.
check the fuel pressure.
the ignition system needs to be in good condition.
check for any air leaks between the MAF sensor & the motor.
with it sitting up for so long, an injector flush is a good ideal. GM had a lot of problems with those injectors back when these cars were still fairly new, so check the resistance before having them flushed, if 2 or more are out of specs, replace them all.
the O2 sensor is probably bad. if you replace it, get an A/C Delco. don't replace the O2 sensor until after you have the injectors flushed or replaced.
if you still have the factory cat its going to be weak, but the CO2 shows that it is at least partly working. how well its actually working can only be checked with a 5 gas analyzer.

i'll add this because your in Texas, if you qualify as low income, the state will pay up $600.00 in repairs leaving you to pay $30.00. you must have the work done at an air check certified repair shop. there is some paper work to fill out & either send or fax into the state before any work can be done. you should have gotten a booklet with this info in it & a booklet with the certified shops in your area.
