my 91 firebird was running fine. it rained for a week and now it wont start. it ha s the v6 3.1 liter, i bought new plugs, cap, rotor, and coil. it is getting spark. when i pulled a plug out , it was soaked in gas. i pulled every plug out and the same thing, soaked. i cleaned them ,put them back in. now it sounds like it wants to start, but won't. it just keeps fouling the plugs. could it be the fuel press. regulator? any help would be great
