what are these springs good to?
is there any way to tell how much lift a spring can take?
well here is my question. i have trick flow 195 heads and the stock springs are good for .480 lift. i have a set of luinati springs laying around and was wondering if anyone knew what lift they are good to. they are pn LUN-73943

Under the Application tab, it says installed height is 1.750", and open height is 1.250". A little subtraction and you have a max cam lift of .500".
But a seat pressure of 108 is really weak for use with an aftermarket camshaft.
I recommend these Manley springs, 22410-16

They're good for .550" lift and are 130lbs on the seat. I used them with my ZZ4 camshaft and am currently using them with my LT4 hot cam.
