Tachometer help?
The tachometer in my 84 berli is terribly calculated for the v8 i've installed, this car came factory with the 2.8, but already had a blown v8 when i bought it. It's nearing it's final stages of paint so of course i want everything taken care of.
What would be a better option installing an aftermarket tach or somehow fixing the stock one to work correctly.

Easiest would probably be to get a factory Camaro V8 tach and put it in place of the V6 tach.
Next would be putting a V8 circuit board on your V6 tach.
Hardest would be an aftermarket tach, but depending upon what you got, it is probably also the most accurate.
