Re: cheap horse power?
No 1992 Camaro RS came with a 350 stock. They were 305 TBI's. Only the Z28's and IROC's got the 350 with a tuned port engine.
Unless, you have a B4C police car? Those came with TPI 350's. Do you have a round air cleaner on top, or an aluminum 8-legged intake?

Although this may be TPI, some of it still applies...

Re: cheap horse power?
Loose the 2 1/4 inch exhaust.
Let me correct myself, 2 1/4 inch is ok if its true dual, but as a single exhaust, that would be much too small. If its just each side of the motor, thats ok. Glass packs are debatable, some think they flow pretty good, some beleive they are less than ideal, and generate a lot of turbulence in the exhaust. A good bullet style muffler on each side would sound and flow much better.

Re: cheap horse power?
Define "stock" 350? What did you pull the 350 from? Anything on it that's not original?
There's probably much to be gained there.

Read the two tech articles entitled "Ultimate TBI mods" parts 1 and 2 and apply to your car as necessary.
