throttle body is sticking - not sure if it is?

throttle body is sticking - not sure if it is?
my throttle body is not clossing all the way. i bought the car with a nitrous plate, i think that may b my problem or the spring to just weak? has anyone else has the problem? the throttle oney close 99%, so it idies high

There is the idle control screw on the back of the tb on the drivers side. Try unscrewing a turn or so it to see if that would fix it.

no, it doesnt alway touch the idle screw. its like the cables to short
