me and my buddy adjusted his cable clutch on his car (non camaro). a week later it now makeing a very loud, like throw out bearing noise when the clutch is in and out. we tired adjusting it again but the noise is still there. did we runnin the throw out bearing and clutch??? i hope not!

 

noise when clutch is out and goes away when pushed in = lack of lube
noise when clutch is out and stays when pushed in = bad throw out bearing.
