aftermarket gas tank

does anybody use a gas tank other than stock. im getting tired of my car cutting off in hard turns. any suggestions besides keeping the tank full?

It takes a hard turn and a medium to low tank to do it. I have the same problem myself, but I'm drifting. My idea is to get a stock tank and have a sump/trap welded in. I guess I could just get a fuel cell with foam or baffling, but I don't think you can run one underneath and I really wouldn't run one in the hatch.

Anyone else have any ideas?

fuelsafe makes a fuel cell that is a direct bolt in where the factoy tank goes but this thing is EXPENSIVE!!! last time i checked they were like over a grand.....

buy a new gm tank. they are redesigned. mine can suck out the last 2 oz. of fuel.

well the car is a 87 iroc with a 305 TPI and as far as cornering goes im just talking about some spirited country road type driving. and you say theres a redesigned tank from GM. whats different about it and how much do they run
