Brand New Tranny Problem!!!! HELP!!

Brand New Tranny Problem!!!! HELP!!

So I just got my car back from a tranny specialist who just installed my brand new TCI 700r4... 20 minutes after i get the car out of the shop the car wont shift out of 1st gear... even if i manually put it in second it wont shift... it basically goes from first to nuetral... Reverse works also... soooo im a little confused on this situation any help will be greatly appreciated

PS- yea i wouldve took it back to the shop but they closed right when this **** happened grrrrr... haha

I have a little list of 700R4 problems and causes on my home computer, but off the top of my head that sounds like it might be a 2-4 band problem.

fixed it... i had a valve stuck open so i took off the kick down cable gave it a couple yanks n it works fine now
