'85 engines have perimeter bolt valve covers, with the older style intake manifold bolt pattern (all bolts are at a 90-degree angle). You will want either an 85-86 TPI intake manifold, or any aftermarket TPI intake such as from Edelbrock. If you get an 87-92 stock tpi intake, you will need to elongate the middle four bolt holes from the newer 72-degree angle to the older 90-degree angle.
