needing some gasket info please

Installing my new Edelbrock hi-flow intake on the 91 rs 305. I bought the Felpro set number MS93035-1 for all the gaskets. Looking over the instructions that came with the intake it says not to use perma-torque gaskets. Are these felpro blue ones prema-torque? If so, why cant I use them? What should I use instead? Can I use these and be ok?
Appricate the help.
Gordon

The part number you listed is for the TPI application. You have TBI.

If it's an RS, it isn't TPI unless it was converted from TBI to TPI.

'82 EFI was Crossfire. A TB system, but not the same as what is commonly called TBI.

I thought that all 91's reguardless of trim (RS or Z-28) were all TPI from the factory. It is defenatley TPI, air tubes off the upper intake plenum and all.
