Leakdown Test Results (On Stand)
This was done cold on the stand, forged pistons, and large (.024" top and .019" 2nd) ring gaps.
The cylinders weren't honed again since the last rebuild had less than 20 miles on it and I re-used the rings.
All done with 100 PSI in. Results will read PSI out.
#1 = 86 psi
#2 = 89 psi
#3 = 95 psi (Heard bubbling with this one...)
#4 = 91 psi
#5 = 92 psi
#6 = 96 psi
#7 = 89 psi
#8 = 88 psi
All the values could potentially be +/- 1 due to the gauge.

Anyone care to comment? I don't know what to exactly make of these numbers (or what can be made since its on the stand and cold).

Looks pretty darn good for a cold motor with those ring gaps. Let it run in for a bit and check it warm they should be sealed up tight.
