Will LG4 Heads from a 85 camaro work with my 88 camaro 305 TBI Intake system without modification. And would they have better flow then my TBI Heads?

Re: will these work?

No. 86 and earlier heads have a different intake bolt angle than the 87 and newer heads.

However you could grind away at the center four bolt holes of your intake manifold until it fits.

If those '85 heads have a casting number that ends in 416, then they're supposed to be one of the better flowing 305 heads. Whether its worth it to change the heads just for that is up to you.
