Physically, yes they will fit. You will need to be careful of your compression ratio because the 305 heads have a smaller combustion chamber than what the 350 would have come with so you may run into issues with too high of a CR. The other issue I can see would be with the computer. At the very least, you should get it retuned to work with the 350, especially if you are using a different cam. Some cams are not compatible with the ECMs in our cars. It can be made to work, many people have done it. In fact, I'm using 305 heads on my 350 block, but I'm using a carb instead of TPI.

ECM and injectors have nothing to do with the heads, and everything to do with filling the now larger cylinders with the proper air/fuel mix. The 350 will probably run ok without new injectors or ECM, but it will be underpowered. Even worse than your current 305.
I'm not sure which heads you're referring to. Better heads will almost always help power levels, especially over stock heads. But if your going to be using a computer-controlled FI setup for induction, you still have to tune it for the best results.
Your best bet would be to upgrade your injectors and install a 350 ECM. You may be able to just swap chips since yours is a 305 TPI, but that is something you would have to ask on the PROM/Tuning board to get an accurate answer on.
