NOT ANY MORE DEAD LINK LOOKING FOR SOME CAM/HEADS INFO

here are the basic facts. I bought a ZZ4 cam with about 1,000 miles on it to go into my 305. got the springs and retainers with it, as well as push rods.
from what i know - or i don't know and i'm flat wrong thinking i know - the cam is:
stock zz4
.474 intake .510 exhaust
at .05 lift 208/221
separation 112
max lift .530

the stock ZZ4 springs which were included:
1.32 OD - outside diameter
1.22 solid height.
pressure at installed height is 101 @ 1.78 with 322 lbs the average rate of pounds per inch.
max lift .550

so here is my question. I can get a reconditioned set of 601's with press in studs for about 300.00. I can get screw in 3/8 studs which match up with the springs, for ??? - im not sure if i should go with stainless, so about $50.00 plus the costs of taping the heads.

now I can get 601 heads already with screw in studs as well as SS valves, but I will have to pay almost 500.00 for them. they also come with better springs but im not sure if they are better than the ZZ4 springs i got with the cam.

so any opinions on the cheaper heads and buy screw in studs and have the heads taped for the studs, or buy those already made. Also im not sure if SS valves is all that important, or is it?

I am going to get 1.6 full roller rockers. not sure if i need them for the exhaust - they may be too much as max list is only .530, but I do need them for intake. May get them at 1.5 for exhaust which is what the cam is set for.

do you think i will need new push rods, or will the stock ZZ4 rods be OK? they are about 7 1/8 inch long. will I need anything else new? I don't think i should use the tapits, so I will need new ones. any suggestions there?

I am firm on the ZZ4 and the 601's but am open to everything else as to suggestions. Its a street car, i just want more power than i had.

forgot to mention i got tpi off a 91 so i am going to add that in after I get the intake manifold 4 center bolts enlongated.

thanks for any suggestions. so far I have been getting a lot of help from Vipershark but I can't bug him all the time, so i'm looking for a few good minds to tell me where i'm wrong, that is more important than telling me im right.

thanks all
tony
