Engine Rebuild Book?
I'm wondering what book i can get that will guide me in rebuilding all of my TPI engine, it would be my first time doing and it might be hard but eventually i have to learn how to rebuild an engine. I would like to take out the engine from the car, clean the engine bay, machine the block and all those stuff so if there is any book or books that would help me i would like to know. Also would like to find a tpi wiring harness book. By the way it's for a 350 tpi from an 88 camaro. Thanks.

CHILTONS books are acclaimed to be very good.
Where have you looked already?
Try this link here:

Result 2 of 120,000 from Google.....
Looks like a good book...I might just buy that.

This one's been really helpful to me. It's mostly a step-by-step "remember to do this first" "tighten to 35" "this is how you find tdc" work book with tons of pictures. There's a version for twice as much with a dvd too. I found it at a normal bookstore so you don't really have to buy online.
I had to pull an engine with bad rings, swap the heads and everything onto a block with good rings (easier than the rering, and the seller included it with the car), figure out all the timing and valve stuff, and put it back in. It actually runs, and I owe most of it to this book.

Re: Engine Rebuild Book?
I think barnes and noble was where I found the book, but it was one of the larger-than-usual two floor ones.
I didn't do a complete rebuild, and kept putting it off for months , so I can't comment on how long it'll take. I just started off taking tons of notes about where everything went as I pulled it off, got sick of how long that took, pulled the engine out, pulled the heads off and cleaned them, stuck them and all the other stuff onto another block, set the valve timing, put it into the car, then had to figure out where all the stuff went. It wasm ostly just figure it out as I go along, but there were some things that if the book hadn't told me, I wouldn't have thought to do,

wiring diagrams are free at autozone.com
they do not have them all though.
haynes manuals are ok...but I hear chiltons are better.
