Timing Chain

Just wondering if I can install a gear drive setup in lieu of my old timing chain. And if anyone has done this conversion, was it worth it, and what brand did you use. I was thinking jeg's quite drive model.

Many have done it. It isn't necessary, nor is it better. Most do it for the noise it makes, think it's cool.
