kickdown cable/carb

i swapped my old fuel injected intake w/ a carbureted system and i need to know if there is a way to hook up my kickdown cable. my carb is a rochester Qjet. I rebuilt it myself and right now i need to hook my trans kickdown cable from the tranny, around the distributor, and to my bracket on the driver's side of the carb. can i somehow hook the cable straight from the tranny to the passenger side of the carb so it doesnt have to wrap around my distributor? also, do i hook the cable in straight or do i have to put it in the bracket in reverse? if u wanna call me about this, my number is 586-914-4191 thank you

Re: kickdown cable/carb

Get a TV cable for a TBI car if its a 700R4

TH350/400 trannys use a kickdown cable, any will do

Get a junk yard bracket in either case
