Question about RR's and my current heads

Hey guys, I'm trying to plan out the bolt ons I need to get for the LT1 swap in my 87' Formula and had a question or two. First off, I was looking at RR's on Summit's site and I want something cheap, but don't care to waste money on something crappy and end up doing this twice after something breaks. So, anyone try or know how good the Summit brand 1.6 RR's are? Also, I see Proform ones are cheap on there too, but I remember someone mentioning that there's a lot of horror stories with them? If neither of them seem ok, then I guess I'll spend some extra coin on better ones or go used, but this build isn't gonna be a massive power house, just a simple bolt on LT1. Now, my other concern is I read that the stock iron heads on the LT1's have pressed in studs (versus screwed in for the alum ones), and someone mentioned that they pull out very easy, like this guy said he'd be worried to even run RR's on em, any truth to that? I know I've seen people running RR's on stock heads with no probs. Just wanted some clearification from some people with a good bit of know how. Thanks for any help/ info!!!
