Car: 1987 firebird formula

Engine: 305 tbi

Transmission: stock 700r4

Axle/Gears: stock

Plug ideas?

I jus picked up a 88 formula with the 305 tbi and hav been fixing it up, its jus gonna be a cruiser aka daily summer driver. So i was wondering wat spark plugs i should run and wat to gap them at? any info helps thanks in advance

Start with an AC Delco R44TS gapped at .045".
