Fresh tune-up problem

Hey all. I think I have a problem with my 91 305 tbi after I changed my plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor.

At low rpms with my foot on the gas, I feel like yhe car is jumping a little. At idle and high rpm's it runs perfect.

I checked my connections and they are all tight. I am pretty sure I have the wires in the right plugs because I am not hearing or feeling backfire I guess. Someone said that if my wires are rubbing each other that can cause problems?

Any advice? Thanks.
