Been away from my car for a while suggestions on gaskets and seals
Hello,
I havent been near my car for quite a while and after starting it it looks as if the valve seals might be done for and i noticed my HSR intake had some coolant on top of it which makes me think the intake gaskets are shot, i have AFR 195 heads which gaskets and seals are best (i dont know anything about them), i was reading about viton seals ?
thanks

You definitely want to go with Viton valve stem seals. I would also highly recommend that you go with Fel-Pro for all gaskets and seals. With aluminum heads I would use the intake gaskets in the link below.
However, this is jsut my opinion. I jsut got through building my engine and learned a lot myself.

Are you sure it's not wicking up the intake bolts?

Looks to me like everyone and their brother makes valve seals. I would suspect that getting them from any of the 'big name' valve train component manufacturers would be a safe bet.....
I would also wonder about the advantages of Viton, over Teflon seals......

I used to work in an Engineering Department for a while and we did a lot of testing on seals. Viton and Kalrez lasted dramatically longer and we had far less leaks with them. The were superior to Teflon is high pressure/temperature situations. Kalrez was even better the Viton but is too expensive and I have not heard of anyone making valve stem seals out of kalrez.
