i have an 84 camaro V6 2.8L stock everything. ive replaced the spark plugs, rotor and cap and in cold weather it starts fine, idles high and at take off it acts like it hesitates and acts like it wants to stall, once it gets going it runs fine as long as im accellerating, once im just riding at a steady speed it starts hesistating and bogging down REAL bad and if i downshift it bogs down for a few seconds then accelerates fine. what could be causing this?

Re: PLEASE help me....
sounds like the problem might be a vacume leak or a
problem with the EGR valve, could also be a problem
with the carb-wrong float level perhaps.
The"filter"in the tank is just a fuel strainer"sock"and
rarely plugs up.I haven't delt with a v-6 carb in a long
time, but i think they may have a filter element in the
carb behind where the fuel feed pipe connects(like a
quadrajet 4 barrel has)
