am i stupid?

ok i got my je pistons off of my friend and then i order speed pro moly rings and je's site says that the rings are 1/16 1/16 and 3/16, and the speed pros are the same but there is no way that any of the rings will fit. so what is wrong? do i have to have je rings or what? im at a loss and im very mad right now. any help would be great right now. thanks Ty.

looks like you got yourself some 5/64 rings and not 1/16

If they are fitting in the grooves, but not closing close enough/correctly....Maybe the pistons are .030 or .060 over & the rings are for a standard bore size?
