Car won't start... Engine doesn't even turn

Engine: 5.7 TPI L98
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Car won't start... Engine doesn't even turn
This happened about 6 months ago and I thought I had fixed it. When I tried to start my car the engine doesn't even attempt to turn over. The battery is fine, fan, lights, and stereo all turn on. 6 months ago I replaced the starter solenoid and the problem went away. Today it happened again. I assume it's something with the ignition system. Thanks for any help.

Check for VATS issues and check for 12v to the purple wire going to the starter when you hit the key. I can guarantee you it's not getting 12v when you hit the switch, so you need to figure out why.

Replaced the key cylinder and it started....the wires on the cylinder looked ok, no breaks or cuts. Hopefully this problem doesn't return.
