I went over all my grounds and my entire engine harness, no problems there. I checked my firing order and dizzy, both are correct. Im lost any ideas are sure welcome.

When you turn the key to the ON position, what's your 'Security' light doing? I'm thinking you may have a VATS issue, if you only swapped engines without any major internal work.
EDIT: Do you have access to a noid light? If so, plug that on one of your injectors and try to start it. What's the light do?

Re: Car wont start after motor swap
Sorry guys I should have updated this a long time ago. It turned out to be the oil/fuel shut off switch was different on the caprice that i got the engine from. I switched it out for the original and she fired right up. Thanks for your thoughts though.
