engine swap egr problems...

ok, I just swapped from a 305 to a 355 with 2.02 heads. There is no TBI intake that fits my heads so I had to put on a Edelbrock intake and a TBI adapter. Now my egr won't fit and I can't figure out which one will work.... I have a #3701 Edelbrock intake that takes a triangle based egr. But i think TBI runs off backpressure egr valves? The diaphram on the erg I have now does not compress while installed, however will on a vacuum pump right around 5 lbs when out. I don't beleive its a backpressure egr though..... Any advice would be awesome, thanx
