Car: 1987 Trans am

Engine: 305 TPI

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: GM 10 bolt

air cleaner change effect emmisions

If I remove the stock 305 tpi air filter assembly on my 87 trans am and put an aftermarket air filter on the front of the tpi will this negatively affect emissions testing.
