Engine Missing when warmed up

OKay, the engine has been rebuilt, its a 305 Tbi. Fr some reason it misses every now and then after it gets heated up to about 170 F. We have replaced the distributor, spark plugs, and rebuilt the Throttle Body. Can anybody tell me what may be wrong?
