502 ram jet hyrdolic roller lifters question

Hello,

My 502 ramjet is now making some lifter noise (I guess), I changed its oil but the sound is still there. I want to change its lifters but I am not sure which hyrdolic roller lifters to buy. Can you help me out?

In the service manual that I found http://www.crateenginedepot.com/pdfs/BB_RJ502.pdf it says that the lifter's part # is:
17120061 which is: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NAL-17120061/

but when I do a search on Summit I got these lifters: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NAL-12371056/

Which lifters should I buy?

Thanks...

(If you have any ideas about the sound, any suggestion would be appriciated)

That service parts list seems to be copied directly from GM themselves, and I'd believe GM over Summit. If the new lifters don't solve it, I'll buy your old ones from you.

but that lifters of GM's are way too expensive relative to summits. when I order 16 gm's lifters it sums to 800 dollars with the summits advised lifters as you can see from the link its a 314 dollars kit... there is a huge difference between them.

They are expensive for a reason, not made in china. Get the GM lifters.

Okay, I went and researched this. Here's what I found: the GM lifters are way expensive when bought individually. GM gives a better price when you buy a set. When you do, it's a different part number, but instead of quantity : 16, you only need quantity: 1. Summit's set is fine. Save yourself the nearly $500.

Ok, I'm getting the GM's lifters which is a set of 16 and 300$s. Thanks for your time and interest.
