CAR wont start!! getting power to coil

ok so i'm lost i have bypassed the VATS bought a new ignition switch,neutral saftey switch and coil i get power to the coil when the key is on but no spark from the coilwhen i turn it over. what's going on ??

First off as i always have to ask how do you know your not getting any spark? Assuming for a moment thats true though check your grounds (the ones inside the distributor too) and check your ignition module.

It's not the neutral safety switch, the car wont even turn over if that's tripped. I don't believe it has anything to do with VATS because I believe that only prevents injector pulses (correct me if I'm wrong). If you have any way of datalogging, or just using tunerpro's diagnostics, that would make your job easier. Test your dist. reference coil (the coil wrapped around the distributor shaft with one yellow and one green wire connected, yellow and green wires plug into the back of ignition module)
