Fourth Gen suggestions needed
hey guys hows it goin, there has been a guy selling a 95 Z28 6 spd locally and only wants 2k for it, but he says the optispark is the only issue with the car, how hard is it to mess with the optispark? I only ask because I always hear people complain about how crappy opti systems are. Is it worth buying? thanks in advance guys

opti spark takes about an hour to change, but the unit itself is anywhere from $120 to 500 new.

I had a '95 Z28 I bought with well over 115,000 miles on it. Mine was one of the good ones, still on the original opti. Mine never gave me any trouble, and I'd love to find another. The price seems like a truly excellent deal, I'm very jealous.

Some guys sell just the 6 speed setup for near $2,000, so for the whole car you wont find a better price.
