i have a 89 trans am 5.7 tpi when i open my throttle body i smell strong gas fumes.. why would that be? i do have hard start ups often..i have to pump my pedal to get it going, then there is a very rich smell of fumes out my exhaust and black smoke once started..any ideas and/or help would be appreciated
