Unbelievableeeee..
Well, i wrecked my car(1983 Berlinetta), bent the radiator core support, front clip. no biggie, bought a parts car, swapping em out. well, my development i live in, the boss lady on the committee just called and said i have to get them out the yard cause "both vehicles look like crap and are a inconvenience and are messing up the beautiful scenery of our development" (exact words) WTF?? says if i dont remove them, she's calling a junkyard. is she serioussssss..im screwed.

Major Cover-up
OK it’s obvious she, as with most community board dweebs, have no life therefore wants to mess up yours.
I know of a neighborhood where they don’t even allow you to wash your car in your front driveway even if it’s new, or better than new because you just had an $8,000.00 paint job.
Try this - Buy two of the best looking car covers and use them when you’re not working on the cars.
Of course you have to hope the dweeb won’t take it the wrong way and think you’re trying to fool her.
If you used car covers from the start the dweeb would never have noticed.

Tonight, get the keeper Camaro into the garage, tomorrow call some of those lawyers that say "free consultations" in their yellow pages ads.

This is probably not a fight you want to get into. You'll lose. Your only hope is to delay the JY tow truck until you can move them somewhere else.
Be nice, tell them you understand and you'll have them moved out (or out of sight) by a certain date, then get it done by then.
What's down the street is irrelevant. Unless, of course, you talk to that owner and move your cars down there...
