Valve Adjustment for a 350 L98

im rebuilding a 87 350 l98 just wondering if the valve adjustment is the same as any 350

As any 350 with a hydraulic cam, yes.

is there a special procedure with a hydraulic cam is the 3/4 turn after the zero lash sufficent

That is the special procedure. 3/4 turn is fine. GM says to use as much as 1 1/2 turn with a new cam and lifters.
