What cam to use in a 400sbc

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: Limited-Slip
What cam to use in a 400sbc
hows it going guys, i have a 89 IROc-Z with a 400sbc (came out of a chevelle) with a 700R4 tranny, and im looking to get a cam installed. Problem is i dont know what cam to get, and i dont know if i will have to upgrade any other parts when i put in a bigger cam. 
i also would like to know how much installation should run me if i supply all the parts.
i just know the engine is out of a chevelle, not sure what heads are on it, oh and it has 650 four barrel carb on it.
So if u have any suggestions or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to know what heads are on it, and what you're going to do with the car.
