I'm having two issues that my car has. The first is a hesitation when I gas it from 0-15mphish. It seems like the car is close to dieing, like its not getting enough fuel. I'm thinking its either a dirty throttle body, or a bad fuel pump. The second issue is that on startup and for like three minutes there's a ton of white smoke that comes out the exhaust. I know that's from cold pistons letting oil into the chamber and burning the oil, but its not as small of an amount as it should. Its like a car engulfing, thick, annoying white clowd that that draws evil looks from everyone around. My cars a 1992 305 throttle body injection. The only mods are an open air element, and there's also the fact that the exhaust system ends at the cat.... don't know why the PO took it off.... I'm going to be getting a catback exhaust system here pretty soon (3" pipes, mandrel bent, flowmaster american thunder muffler). Thanks for the help/ideas or confirming my belief in what's wrong!
