what color is the tac wire ..i thank it white but i'm not for shore! an does it have it own fuse?

No dedicated ground for it.

Are you trying to get the factory tach to work, or an aftermarket one?

factory i done the v6 to v8 swop with msn 7AL box i have tryed pluging it in to the msn box an on the distributor.. inty idea why it wont work?

If you tried it on the distributor first, you've probably fried the tach.
