Won't turn over help!!

Ok guys I really need your help my daily driver is down!! I drive a 92 camaro 305 tbi. it was driving fine and I keep up on all maintenance but i stopped to get gas and when i was gonna pull away she wouldnt start. Not even try to...its not turning over at all. all the fuses are ok and i replaced the battery and starter. Its had a full tune up recently including all plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter ignition module and i can hear the pump priming. When i turn the key to the on position and jump the starter solenoid it turns over but wont start. I suspect an electrical issue somewhere. Any ideas? Please Help!!!

P.S. I bypassed the vats system with a resistor so could anything else be going on with that?

Sure sounds like a VATS issue. You need to start tracing down where you have start voltage and where you don't.

Re: Won't turn over help!!

you replaced both battery and starter? why? lol get a dvom and do voltage drop on the positive and negative cables. should have close to 0. if any are high, you know you are losing voltage somewhere. i bet its just a bad connection.
