Gauge Help!

will any of the third gen camaro's gauges work in any thirdgen camaro? I have a 1986 Base and i am wanting to change my gauges from the one with the BIG fuel gauge and speedometer and the three idiot lights... To the one with the big tach and all....

Please Get back to me asap....

to be honest you should just pul up the wiring diagrams for your car and for the car its coming out of and compare them

As far as I remember, the Camaros, before the electronic speedo, all had analog gauges. You will have to run a wire to the tach connector under the hood to operate the tach. You will also need to swap out your warning light switches(oil, coolant temp) for sending units. Otherwise you should be okay with any cluster before 89. Just to be sure, verify a mechanical speedo on the one you buy. DITTO on referring to the factory wiring diagram when making changes.
