i have an '87 IROC with a stock L98 350. i plan on doing a heads, cam, intake swap in the near future. the only things i am unsure about are what cam and heads to run. for heads i would like to go with aluminum but wont break the bank. for a cam i was just wondering, what is the max lift and duration can i get with a stock bottom end where the valves wont hit the piston. what woud be some good heads/cam options?

also i would like to get the car to run high 12's after everything is all said and done. just for your information i also have 3.73 gears, a 700R4 with a shift kit, shorty headers, and a full exhaust.
