You should be able to grab the rods by hand, if a bearring has excessive play you should be able to feel it, then remove the caps and check the bearrings and crank for damage

okay i was under there before work tonight and i seen the piston bottoms they have bolts in them undo those bolts and take the "caps" off then feel for the loose one it wont be much from what i understand but it will have play check the surrounding area for scarring and thats the one to replace if it is smooth will i be okay with replacing it or if i do that will it just spin out again ? and if it is not smooth it needs mechined and oversized bearings right ?

I will not be home until tomorrow night. You want to check for play before removing the caps. try moving the rods from side to side and tp to bottom, try them all and see if any feel different.
