horrible smell

The cars has been doing fine over the winter with no real issues, besides blowing smoke until its warmed up, until...
About a week or two ago I start the car, door open, and the smoke hits me in the face with this horrible rotten egg smell which is worse then any fart ive ever smelled.
Ive read up on some threads and im thinking it mite be something with the gas? Im still learning about carbs, so if there is, how do I clean the fuel system? Fuel cleaner or what ever its called?

Does it have a catalytic converter? I think sometimes they can put out a rotten egg smell when they go out.
