Re: new cam for 355 rebuild

The Comp "502" grind 08-502-8 is known to work pretty well on an otherwise stock TPI 350.

Stick with cams that are specifically designed with TPI in mind, as TPI puts some unique constraints on the cam. Cams that might work GREAT with some other induction systems, can often fall far short of optimum with TPI.

Re: new cam for 355 rebuild

That's the same setup my motor is. I used Comp Cams xr264hr cam and lifters. The grind on it is 08-501-8. It's what their tech guy recommended. I am no expert on cams though, so just some info for you to consider.
