Valve cover has hole wore in it ?

RE: to the diesel sound coming from under intake. Ok I took the passenger side valve cover off and the tunnel i guess u would call it, the hole the valve cover bolt travels through has a hole wore through it like the rocker is rubbing it or something else may be.... Anybody know what this maybe? This is a problem I have been chasing for a while maybe check my other posts to get more info and all of the problems I have been having with this third gen.
