Depends on your definition of "work".
Yes they will "bolt up".
OTOH, they'll probably cost around 40 HP on a motor that's already pretty anemic to begin with.
Above all, DO NOT trade in your nice 083s as cores for that chicken s***!!! Swap em if you must, but hold on to your good ones, so you won't be back here in about 3 days posting about "I want my old heads back but the parts store says they already had them melted down".

o.k thanks...could just get a rebuilt pair for cheap...i dont know if i even got 350 heads....was told the where 305 heads....read up o the threads about 305 heads on a 350...but was also told it was an aluminum corvette motor....not that i beleived it....guy at shop said it could be out of a vette,but its definatllly not aluminum....i gotta go get the numbers off the motor n heads
