Need More Power

I had recently put a new engine in my car (357), and only put 2000km's on it so far. After driving the car a bit, i realize i NEED more power. Engine was recently built with:
1979 2-Bolt Main Block out of a 1979 Camaro
Flat top Speed-Pro piston's (.040's) (347ci Now)
Vortec heads (Ported, Polished, 7/16 studs, 1.6 Rocker's, HD Valve springs, 2.02/1.90 valve's, 64cc chamber's i believe)
Comp Cam (cant remember specs, i believe .500 roughly lift)
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake (I believe) for the Vortec heads
Edelbrock 1406 600cfm Carb with electric choke
14"x3" Air Cleaner with Flow through lid
Flo-Tech Shorty Headers into moded factory exhaust with Edelbrock 80 Series Muffler (Gonna be changed to 3" Back to SLP LoudMouth Resonator over winter)

I might be missing something, but thats all i can think of off hand. Car also has a stock HEI distributor with GM Wires with NGK spark plugs.

Car is currently backed by a 700R4 with 3:42's in the rear end, but will be changed over to a T56 over winter (Just need Flywheel, Clutch, Starter, Crossmember).

What can i do to achive more power?
Whatever i'm running at now is nowhere near enough!!

I may throw 150hp-200hp shot of nitrous on this thing to achive what i need,

I dont want to supercharge or turbo this thing quite yet as i am running 10.5:1 compression ratio.

Re: Need More Power

Heads/cam is where power is made. If you're not making enough power and you're not suffering a tuning issue, swap the heads and cam.

Or use nitrous, though a 200 shot is probably a bit much...
