I may have it in my 1990 GM shop manual. I'll get back to you tomorrow with an answer. If I do find it (which I will), I'll pm you with a new thread. Don't wanna stray away from the main vac. line topic.

Okay bro. I am more than willing to help you out. But there are about 25 different diagrams man. If your on a pc, right click the opropriate picture, copy it, then paste it in a new post below. Then I'll know which vacuum line your troubleshooting.

Re: Vacuum Lines Diagrams!!! I GOT THEM ALL!!!!!
None of the diagrams I've seen answer my question. I have an 87 Camaro 2.8L mpfi the double vacuum port on rear of upper plenum I know the large side goes to the brake booster I have a hose from the vacuum cannister in left front fender and a small very short plastic line from firewall at the a/c heaterbox area. I need to know what type of connector marries the saller port on the plenum to these other two lines that I think are for the heater controls. The car was disassembled when I bought it. Re: Vacuum Lines Diagrams!!! I GOT THEM ALL!!!!!
Well the best way to know what and how to connect the lines is by posting on the general engines threads. Copy the vacuum line picture and make a post with your question. Then when someone with the same engine sees your question, they may help you out. You gotta remember that I posted these pictures to help out the community. I only have a 86 IROC, TPI. So I don't know every other engine by heart other than mine. Please do use the diagrams as guides.

I don't think it is unless someone else proves me otherwise. All combinations that are listed are from a good source. If you can trace back the PO, maby they can shed some light. Other than that, your best bet would be to look at a similar set up that closely resembles your set up on page 1.

Hey man, hate to bring up a dead thread, but could you hook me up with a few of these? My car's kind of a hackjob from the previous owner. Could you hook me up with vacuum diagrams for an '89 5.7 TPI, '90 5.7 TPI, and an '89 TBI?

Re: Vacuum Lines Diagrams!!! I GOT THEM ALL!!!!!
The 82 5.0L Carb diagram is WRONG. I would follow the 83 diagram for an 82 as 82s came with a VAC Sensor and do not have any vacuum sources on the distributor. Also the vacuum line to the Air Cleaner is not on the back of the carb, rather should be like the 83 on port B in front. The VAC Sensor should be connected in back with the hard plastic tube.

These are the same diagrams seen in ALLDATA, Autozone, Chiltons, etc.
Unless, of course, they're for some weird California/Canada cars. Anyways, can't seem to find one for a regular ol 5.0.

Sorry, my frustrations weren't toward you. It was to the incorrect diagrams for 82.

Thank you for posting these. I would love to see an actual pic of where the vacuum line comes from the charcoal cannister under and to the throttle body.
