84 camaro z28 won't start and has no power to dash
My camaro was idling while I was at atm and it just died. Now it doesn't crack over and has no power to dash, windows, or car seat but has power to locks, headlights, doom light, and rear hatch. Help!!!!

AT the starter, big terminal, same place where the red batt cable goes, there are 2 or 3 of those; one of them has burned up.
